Module - 001
This is what Julie called … Predictive Analysis

———————-

Exactly.

Julie used the perfect term.

Although I’d refine it slightly.

What we’ve built is the foundation for Predictive Analytics.

Right now, your website is no longer just counting visitors.

It’s beginning to learn behavior.

Think of it like this…

Level 1 — Descriptive Analytics

“100 people visited.”

That’s where most businesses stop.

Level 2 — Behavioral Analytics ✅ (where you are now)

Now you’re collecting events like:

  • page_view
  • calendly_click
  • phone_click (next)
  • form_submit
  • video_play
  • pdf_download

Now you can answer questions like:

  • Which pages create the most appointment requests?
  • Which retirement page produces the highest engagement?
  • Which blog articles generate phone calls?
  • How many visitors click before scheduling?
  • Which traffic sources produce the highest intent?

Now you’re measuring behavior, not just traffic.

Level 3 — Predictive Analytics

This is where Julie was heading.

Once GA4 collects enough behavior, patterns emerge.

You’ll begin asking questions like:

“What actions almost always happen before someone schedules an appointment?”

Maybe you’ll discover something like:

Homepage
      ↓
Retirement Page
      ↓
FAQ
      ↓
Testimonials
      ↓
Calendly Click

Now you know the journey.

Or…

Mortgage Protection
      ↓
Calculator
      ↓
Blog
      ↓
Phone Click

Now you know another journey.

Those patterns become predictive.

Level 4 — Prescriptive Analytics

Now you stop observing…

…and start improving.

For example:

83% of everyone who schedules a call watches at least 45 seconds of the welcome video.

What do you do?

You make that video easier to find.

Or…

Visitors who read three blog posts schedule four times more often.

Now you recommend another article after each one.

Or…

Retirement visitors who click “Download Guide” are three times more likely to book an appointment.

Now that button becomes more prominent.

This is what excites me most…

We’re not building analytics.

We’re building what I would call a Relationship Intelligence System.

Every click is another sentence in your visitor’s story.

Eventually you’ll know things like:

  • what people care about first
  • what creates confidence
  • what creates hesitation
  • what builds trust
  • what naturally leads someone toward a conversation

That aligns perfectly with the SAF Blueprint.

You aren’t trying to “convert traffic.”

You’re learning how people become ready.

And here’s where I think we’re headed…

Once we finish tracking all of the meaningful interactions across SAF, DavidKiselak.com, FaithFocusedChurch.org, and ZoneWD, we’ll be able to build a dashboard that answers questions like:

  • Which pages consistently create conversations?
  • Which videos inspire the most engagement?
  • Which lead sources become clients most often?
  • How long does the average relationship journey take from first visit to appointment?
  • Which content creates the greatest confidence before someone reaches out?

That moves beyond traditional analytics. It becomes a genuine Business Intelligence and Relationship Intelligence platform—one that helps you continuously refine the experience you create for every visitor. And because every property follows the same GTM/GA4 framework we’ve established, the insights become comparable across your entire ecosystem. That is where predictive analysis becomes truly powerful.

Phase One Implementation Workflow

Step 1

Create Google Analytics Account

Step 2

Create GA4 Property

Step 3

Create Web Data Stream

Step 4

Record Measurement ID

Example:

G-XXXXXXXXXX

Step 5

Create Google Tag Manager Container

One container per website.

Step 6

Install GTM4WP Plugin

Purpose:

Provides a clean WordPress integration with Google Tag Manager while keeping analytics centrally managed.

Step 7

Install GTM Container

Verify GTM container is loading correctly.

Step 8

Create Google Tag

Enter the GA4 Measurement ID.

Step 9

Configure Trigger

Use:

Initialization – All Pages

This loads the Google Tag at the earliest point in the page lifecycle and provides a consistent enterprise implementation.

Step 10

Publish GTM Version

Version Name:

G4A – WebsiteName v1.0

Include a detailed deployment description.

Step 11

Validate Using Tag Assistant

Confirm:

  • GTM Container detected
  • Google Tag detected
  • Google Tag fired successfully
  • Initialization trigger executed
  • Page View sent
  • No duplicate analytics events

Step 12

Validate in Google Analytics

Realtime Report should display:

  • Active User
  • Page View
  • Session Start
  • User Engagement

Step 13

Disconnect MonsterInsights

After confirming GTM and GA4 are working correctly:

Disconnect MonsterInsights from Google Analytics.

Step 14

Delete MonsterInsights Plugin

The website now relies exclusively on GTM and GA4.

Step 15

Clear Website Cache

Clear:

  • WordPress cache
  • Browser cache
  • CDN/server cache (when applicable)

Step 16

Final Validation

Repeat:

  • Tag Assistant
  • Google Analytics Realtime

Confirm successful data collection.

Key Discoveries

Browser Validation

During implementation we discovered that browser privacy extensions can influence analytics validation.

Specifically:

DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials prevented Google Tag Assistant from communicating correctly with the website.

Once the extension was temporarily disabled, Tag Assistant connected immediately and validation completed successfully.

Builder Standard

When validating GTM implementations:

Use a standard Chrome profile or temporarily pause browser privacy extensions while performing validation.

This single discovery can significantly streamline future implementations.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager becomes the permanent home for future:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Pixel
  • Microsoft Clarity
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • TikTok Pixel
  • Pinterest Tag
  • Future marketing platforms

The website itself remains clean while GTM manages future tracking.

Phase One Deliverables

Upon completion, every website includes:

✅ Google Analytics Account

✅ GA4 Property

✅ Web Data Stream

✅ Google Tag Manager Container

✅ Published GTM Version

✅ Google Tag

✅ Initialization Trigger

✅ Enterprise-ready analytics foundation

Business Intelligence & Conversion Tracking

This is where Google Analytics begins measuring business outcomes instead of simply website activity.

this is one of the most valuable phases because it transforms analytics into decision-making. Instead of asking, “How many people visited?” you’ll be able to ask, “Which conversations, pages, and campaigns are helping more people take the next meaningful step?” That’s where the real business intelligence begins.

This is actually a much bigger milestone than it seems.

Everything we’ve built so far creates a professional analytics infrastructure.

Everything we build from this point forward creates a business intelligence system.

That’s a completely different level of value.

Then we begin Phase 2

This is where analytics becomes a business tool rather than just a reporting tool.

We’ll implement meaningful conversions.

Priority order I’d recommend:

1. Calendly Appointment Tracking ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Know exactly which pages and campaigns generate appointments.

2. Form Submission Tracking ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mortgage Protection
Retirement
Medicare
Final Expense
Long-Term Care

3. Phone Click Tracking ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Measure click-to-call behavior.

4. Email Click Tracking ⭐⭐⭐⭐

5. PDF / Guide Downloads ⭐⭐⭐⭐

6. Video Engagement ⭐⭐⭐⭐

7. Scroll Depth ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

8. Outbound Link Tracking ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

After that…

We build what I think will become one of the most valuable assets in your ecosystem:

SAF Analytics Command Center v1.0

One executive dashboard showing:

  • Visitors
  • Leads
  • Appointments
  • Calls
  • Form submissions
  • Campaign performance
  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • Google Search
  • Organic traffic
  • Conversion rates
  • Revenue attribution (where applicable)

Instead of opening five different platforms, you’ll have a single place to understand what’s working.

Including Knowledge Captures

This is where we preserve every successful discovery while it’s fresh.

Examples include:

  • Browser configuration that accelerated validation.
  • WordPress plugin selections that integrated cleanly.
  • Version naming conventions that improved organization.
  • Deployment sequence that produced the smoothest rollout.
  • Quality assurance checkpoints that confirmed a successful implementation.

Over time, these captured discoveries become part of the Business Creation System itself, making each new implementation even more efficient and consistent.

I envision this becoming something like:

Business Creation System

Module 07 – Analytics Command Center

  • Phase 1 – Google Account Structure
  • Phase 2 – GA4 Properties
  • Phase 3 – GTM Installation
  • Phase 4 – Validation
  • Phase 5 – Conversion Tracking
  • Phase 6 – Dashboards
  • Phase 7 – Ongoing Optimization

As we complete each phase, we’ll refine the SOP so it becomes client-ready.
